Hubby didn’t care much for this one. He said it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either.

Beef Japchae
Not as flavorful as I hoped. Has an aftertaste that’s a bit bitter.

Gochujang braised tofu with Korean marinated spinach - Updated 12/10 - SUH
The sauce is delicious, tofu texture is good, and broccoli rounds it out so well. As with all CU dishes, I wish brown rice was an option on dishes like this. Such a tasty lunch.
