Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
Tasted way to much like meatloaf and not salisbury steak. There was little to no gravy and only two little mushrooms. When I say no gravy, there wasn't enough for the potatoes or even cover the steak.

Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders
Only complaint is the thickness of the chicken. So difficult to eat a sandwich that's taller than it is wide.

Grilled BBQ Chicken
Could have used a little more BBQ sauce but very good. I would change the title to BBQ Chicken Thighs as I was unaware. Normally do not like thighs but this was very good.

Not bad but needs a sauce for the pork. The lemon is not enough by itself.
